SeaWorld Orlando at a glance
SeaWorld Orlando is a theme park with coasters, water rides and animal areas. Aquatica, a water park, and Discovery Cove, a day resort, are separate parks with their own tickets and their own services. A SeaWorld ticket does not cover them.
This guide is independent and has no connection to SeaWorld or its sister parks. Buy tickets from the park or an authorized seller.

Rides and height limits
The operator's ride list includes the attractions below. Heights are the operator's minimums.
| Ride | Minimum height |
|---|---|
| Mako, Manta, Kraken | 54 in (137 cm) |
| Ice Breaker | 48 in (122 cm) |
| Penguin Trek | 42 in (107 cm), with an extra accompaniment rule |
| Expedition Odyssey flight simulator | 39 in (99 cm) |
The list also names Pipeline, Infinity Falls and Journey to Atlantis. Check the posted height for each ride before you queue, because limits can change.
Animal areas and Expedition Odyssey
Expedition Odyssey: Fire & Ice leads to an area with live belugas and walruses. The attraction has a flight simulator with a 39 in minimum height. Check the day's timetable and show times when you arrive.
SEAQuest: Legends of the Deep is still listed as "Coming Soon" on the operator's site, with no opening date. Do not plan around it.

Tickets, parking and weather
The online day ticket shown in October 2026 starts at $59.99 for ages 3 and up. A crossed-out comparison price of $151.99 appears next to it. The fine print limits this offer to the US, Puerto Rico and Canada, so treat it as a reference point, not a rate you can count on. Taxes, service or shipping fees and parking come on top.
Tickets are for a selected date. By the terms they are not transferable and not refundable. The Weather-or-Not program is a conditional return-visit offer. It does not cover parking or add-ons, and it is not a blanket money-back promise. Parking is sold separately. Compare the current price when you buy.
Much of the park is outdoors. In hot weather, drink water and take breaks in air-conditioned spaces. In a thunderstorm, go into a building or a closed vehicle, because an open shelter is not safe. The hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. For months and averages, see best time to visit. Compare ticket types in our tickets guide.
Aquatica
Aquatica is a water park at 5800 Water Play Way, across from SeaWorld. Dated tickets start from $51.99 in October 2026, and children under 3 do not need a ticket. Taxes, service and shipping fees and parking are extra.
Standard parking for cars and motorcycles starts at $35, Preferred from $38, with seasonal changes. The park can stop admission when it reaches capacity, and hours vary. Rides and slides include Reef Plunge, Riptide Race, Ihu's Breakaway Falls, Tassie's Underwater Twist and Kare Kare Curl. Quick Queue is sold separately, with limited dates. More water parks are on our water parks page.
Discovery Cove: a separate park with its own ticket
Discovery Cove is its own park. You cannot enter with a SeaWorld ticket. The two main packages are the Day Resort and the Dolphin Swim, and they are different products.
- Included: meals, snacks, selected drinks, towels, lockers, snorkel gear and its own parking.
- Sister parks: visits to other parks depend on the package you choose.
- Hours: daily 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., check-in from 7:15 a.m.
- Dolphin experience: from age 6 and at least 42 in (107 cm). Children aged 6 to 12 take part with a paying adult participant. It is a booked program, not free interaction.
- Price: packages change with promotions, and a resort fee is mentioned, so confirm the total before you book.
